Rachel Ferris

As Vice President of Operations, Rachel manages Acclaro’s global operations team of project managers, technical specialists and linguists. Rachel leads the team in delivering a customer-focused service for Acclaro’s clients. An Acclaro employee since 2002, her 20 years of industry experience spans roles from translation resource management and project management to operations management and solutions development for complex localization programs. Rachel enjoys collaborating with our customers to understand their challenges and apply her experience to developing customized translation solutions. Rachel lives in the Boston area and graduated with honors from Siena College where she combined her love of history and languages in her studies of American history and French.

Rachel is known for homemade meals inspired by her fresh herb garden and local farmer’s market. Weekends are busy with family activities — and the whole family hopes to soon continue annual vacations visiting family in Europe and exploring new destinations. Rachel often indulges her weakness for fresh-cut flowers.
