 Rachel is Chief of Customer Success, NA, at Acclaro, leading a dedicated team that delivers exceptional, customer-centric services. With many years of experience in the localization industry, including her contributions at Acclaro since 2002, Rachel has excelled in roles such as translation resource management, project management, operations management, and developing solutions for complex localization programs. Her collaborative approach helps her deeply understand client challenges and craft customized, technology-enabled language solutions tailored to their unique needs.

A graduate of Siena College, Rachel earned her degree with honors, combining her passions for American history and French. Her academic background and love for languages have played a pivotal role in shaping her career in the localization industry.

When not working, Rachel enjoys life in the Boston area with her family. An avid gardener, she delights in incorporating her homegrown produce into family meals and nurturing her love of fresh-cut flowers.
