As Global Program Director at Acclaro, Lea brings a wealth of experience and a collaborative spirit to her role, working closely with customers to develop tailored solutions, foster growth, and create lasting partnerships. Known for her passion for coaching and mentoring, Lea takes pride in supporting her colleagues at various stages of their careers, helping them to achieve their potential while learning from their unique perspectives. Her strategic mindset and problem-solving skills enable her to see the big picture, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement efficient processes that drive success.

Lea holds a B.A. in History from the University of Oregon, which has informed her analytical and comprehensive approach to her work. Before joining Acclaro, she honed her expertise in language services through roles at RWS Moravia, Lionbridge, and PTI Global, building a strong foundation in program management and customer relationships.

She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young sons, exploring the great outdoors through walks and hikes, and embarking on adventures near and far. Her passion for nature and travel reflects her curiosity and appreciation for diverse perspectives, values she brings to her professional and personal life.
