Over the past 9 years, Jack has focused on leveraging technology, including AI, to help companies navigate the complexities of content localization. He has had the opportunity to travel across four continents and 15 countries, where he worked with people from diverse cultures and learned how businesses operate in different markets. These experiences sharpened his business instincts, fostered a deep respect for cultural diversity, and fueled his passion and commitment to making a difference in the localization industry.

At Acclaro, Jack leads the development of AI-powered solutions and spearheads initiatives to accelerate AI adoption and integration with customer platforms. This focus aims to accelerate time-to-market, enhance cost-effectiveness, and empower a global network of linguists through a flexible online work environment.

Jack prioritizes spending quality time with his family outside of work and enjoys exploring the flavors of Sichuan cuisine and grilling for his family.
