Her extensive customer service and project management background allows her to drive process efficiencies and deliver exceptional results for clients. Angelika’s passion for creating streamlined solutions has been a hallmark of her career, from operations management to training teams and implementing ISO certifications.

Angelika’s journey began in travel and hospitality before discovering the localization industry, a field she quickly fell in love with and has been dedicated to ever since. Her deep knowledge and commitment to excellence have made her a trusted leader and mentor.

She treasures time with her family, including her two teenage children, husband, and their beloved (albeit grumpy) old cat. She is an avid reader and creative writer, finding inspiration in the world around her. When not at her desk, Angelika can often be found exploring New England’s mountains, embracing her love of hiking and the great outdoors.
