Amy Uthe

As Vice President of People Operations at Acclaro, Amy is the driving force behind the company’s global talent strategy, leading transformative initiatives across talent acquisition, total compensation, human resources, employee lifecycle management, culture and inclusion, and development. With a passion for fostering people-first workplaces, she champions connection and collaboration across Acclaro’s worldwide teams, ensuring every individual feels valued, engaged, and empowered—no matter where they work.

Before joining Acclaro, Amy served as Chief People Officer at Freedom Learning Group, leading the HR, talent acquisition, and workforce development functions for a remote, global workforce. Her strategic leadership there not only enhanced operational performance but also helped create career pathways for underrepresented talent across the globe. 

Earlier in her career, Amy spent nearly six years at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C., spearheading innovative workforce development programs, division-wide strategies, and impactful issue-specific campaigns.

Beyond her professional achievements, Amy finds balance in exploring the great outdoors. She loves long hikes with her husband and their two dogs. Originally from Michigan, she returns every summer to recharge on the lake with loved ones. 

Amy believes creating a people-first culture is essential for building trust, sparking innovation, and driving success. She’s passionate about ensuring global teams feel connected, united, and inspired to succeed.
