At Acclaro, we’re looking for the best of the best to join our Strategic Account Management team. We need driven, results-oriented individuals with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and a passion for delivering exceptional results. As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll be a key driver of our company’s growth by focusing on expanding our relationships with our most valuable clients. This is a hunting role with a strong emphasis on generating new revenue within existing accounts – your success in this role will be defined by your ability to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious targets. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding your clients’ business goals and proactively identifying opportunities to expand our services and deliver greater value. While collaborating closely with Customer Success, who own the existing relationships and manage project delivery, you will be laser-focused on identifying and pursuing new business within assigned accounts, including new divisions, departments, and buyers.

Reports to: VP, Account Management
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans: Create comprehensive account plans that align with client objectives and maximize partnership value, driving revenue growth through service expansion and new business development.·
- Deepen relationships: Cultivate strong executive relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to key clients.
- Identify new opportunities: Continuously identify stakeholders and growth areas within existing accounts to increase wallet share and expand service offerings.
- Drive new business within accounts: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities within assigned accounts, targeting new divisions, departments, and buyers. Consistently achieving and exceeding targets is the main driver of success in this role.
- Collaborate with Customer Success: Partner with Customer Success to gain insights into existing relationships, project performance, and client satisfaction. Leverage this information to identify new opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Communicate value: Effectively communicate the ROI and strategic advantages of Acclaro’s AI-powered solutions to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals: Skillfully negotiate contracts and close deals that expand Acclaro’s services within assigned accounts.
- Manage pipeline and forecast accurately: Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities within your accounts and contribute to accurate sales forecasting.
- Utilize HubSpot: Leverage HubSpot, our CRM system, to manage accounts, track interactions, and monitor progress towards goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or a similar sales role, with a proven track record of success in growing revenue within existing accounts.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fiel or equivalent military or professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and achieve ambitious targets.
- Strong understanding of the localization and translation industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot experience required).
Desirable:
- Experience working with global enterprise accounts.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
