Description:
Acclaro is seeking a Product manager to lead the development of innovative platforms and propositions that drive process efficiencies, revenue growth, and client retention. This role is central to Acclaro’s mission of delivering cutting-edge content and language services through our proprietary platform, WordsOnline, as well as other key solutions. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in working across functional teams, including software development, technical content, customer success, sales, and marketing, to ensure the delivery of world-class customer experiences that meet market needs and support our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving product excellence from ideation through delivery. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritize and execute product roadmaps that align with both customer demands and long-term business strategies. In addition, the role requires the continuous reinforcement of product management best practices across the organization, ensuring our products deliver maximum impact and growth potential.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Localization Engineering, Linguists, Clients, and Partners to improve product offerings and integrations
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs, prioritizing features based on their impact and value
- Convert the strategic vision into actionable product features and go-to-market releases, working with cross-functional teams to define clear specifications and align goals
- Lead the identification of business opportunities and risks, escalating issues to leadership and recommending solutions to ensure timely and within-scope delivery
- Partner with Software Design, Development, and Technical Content teams to refine product specifications and ensure goals are understood and met
- Conduct A/B testing and feature optimization based on user feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends to validate product assumptions
- Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks, milestones, next steps, and strategic alignment
- Monitor KPIs to assess platform performance and refine the product roadmap to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure continuous improvement in product management practices, particularly during integrations or acquisitions
- Lead go-to-market initiatives, working with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging
- Develop product propositions and commercial strategies to support revenue growth, customer engagement, and market expansion
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine the product roadmap and identify new business opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and timely delivery
Requirements:
- Full-professional proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent military or professional experience
- 8+ years’ experience in product management, with a strong background in managing product lifecycles from concept to delivery
- Familiarity with the language services industry and common project management tools used in localization projects
- Knowledge of AI technologies, particularly machine translation and large language models (LLMs)
- Strong ability to synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements into a well-defined product roadmap aligned with both short-term business needs and long-term strategic goals
- Experience with data security and compliance in a product management context
- Expertise in building integration/connector strategies, especially related to APIs and third-party systems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, sales, marketing, and customer success
- Ability to balance short-term business needs with long-term strategic product goals
- Experience in go-to-market strategy development, product launches, and market positioning
- Proven track record of tracking and analyzing product performance to optimize features based on customer needs and market trends
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities that align with both customer needs and company objectives
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-team alignment to achieve shared goals
Desirable:
- Advanced Degree in Computer Science, or MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience in the Localization industry or at a Localization Technology Company
- AWS or Azure cloud certifications preferred
