Position Description

The Multimedia Specialist plays a key role in the creation, adaptation, and optimization of multimedia content, including video, graphics, audio, and documentation. This role involves preparing project files, performing quality assurance checks, and optimizing workflows to ensure seamless multimedia production.

The Specialist will work across multiple projects, supporting internal and external teams in delivering high-quality content while innovating and improving processes for enhanced performance and productivity.

Location: Žilina, Slovakia (Onsite)
Reports to: DTP/MM Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt a wide variety of multimedia content, including video, graphics, and audio, to meet client and project requirements.
• Prepare and finalize project files for localization and production.
• Perform quality assurance and validation checks to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Optimize existing multimedia workflows and implement new solutions.
• Assist in curriculum design modifications and content enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Provide technical input and propose solutions for new and existing projects.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in multimedia content creation, graphic design, animation, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent military or professional experience
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Proficiency in multimedia tools such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, and SubtitleEdit.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
• Knowledge of DTP tools including Adobe InDesign, FrameMaker, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in video editing, voiceover post-production, subtitling, sound editing, and special effects.
• Experience managing file structures and workflows using tools such as Total Commander and FTP clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent proofing and quality control skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.

Desirable

• Experience in localization workflows and tools (e.g., CAT tools).
• Knowledge of automation and process optimization in multimedia production.
• Understanding of emerging trends in multimedia content creation and localization.
