What’s next after I apply?
Video screening
The first step of our hiring process at Acclaro starts with a phone screen with the recruiter in charge of the position you are applying for. In this call, you’ll be asked general questions about your background, skills, and experience.
It will usually take our team about a week to send you an update.
Assessing your application
After the initial phone screen, the recruiter will provide feedback to the hiring team who will further assess your application.
The recruiter will inform you about a week after your initial call of the team’s decision and the next steps, if applicable.
First interview
You’re invited to join the hiring team for your first meeting with them.
Tips: Prepare questions about the role and responsibilities. Be honest about your experience.
Second interview
The recruiter will contact you to provide an update on your progress. If your first interview was successful, you’ll be invited to a second interview to meet with other team members. In certain instances, a third interview may also be arranged.
Final interview
Nice work! You’ve made it this far. If you are selected, you will be invited to a final interview. This is also the moment the recruiter will ask for your references.
Be advised that requesting references doesn’t mean you have been selected for the job. We request references for all finalists.
Final decision
The hiring team has reached a decision! If you have been selected for the job, the recruiter will schedule a call to make a verbal offer and discuss the next steps.
