As Solutions Architect, Bill works with new and existing customers to streamline language technology solutions. He leads the technical discovery process when building a localization program, oversees testing, and is a point of escalation to Acclaro’s localization engineers and the product team. Bill also manages technical projects — script-writing initiatives, website upgrades — to complement Acclaro’s translation services. Bill stays busy outside of work, doing volunteer work at a local farm, woodworking projects, and coaching youth basketball.
